We’ve been made aware that some of our customers are receiving text messages that appear to be from First State Bank and Trust, referencing debit card transactions. Please be advised: we do not send messages regarding sensitive banking information.

These fraudulent texts are often followed by phone calls that appear to come from our official number – this is known as caller ID spoofing.

DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE MESSAGES OR CALLS.

If you receive one, hang up immediately and contact us directly if you have followed any prompts or given out any sensitive information. Your security is our top priority. Thank you!
