For First State Bank customers, our easy-to-use phone “menu” will guide you through! Simply have your Account Number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready when you call the toll free number 1 (800) 583-0076.
- In order to protect the confidential information contained in your records on the FIRSTVoice system, a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) is necessary to access your information. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives to obtain your PIN. You may change your PIN at any time by selecting Option 4 on the FIRSTVoice banking menu, or in person during our lobby hours.
- Should you wish to utilize the option for Transfer of Funds from one account to another, it will be necessary for you to contact us at (217) 762-9431. We are required to make certain on-line adjustments in order to activate this transfer option, after which you will be able to transfer funds as often as you like without contacting the bank again.
- When obtaining Mortgage or Installment Loan information, please be prepared with the last 8 digits (your borrower number) and the first 5 digits (your loan note number). A total of 13 digits is required.
- When obtaining Revolving Credit Loan (overdraft protection) information, please have your borrower (checking account) number ready.
