Debit Card Questions?

Report a Lost or Stolen Card:

• Call any branch during regular banking hours, or
• During non-banking hours, please call our debit card processor, CSI (Computer Services, Inc.) at 1-844-202-5333. A CSI representative will ask you questions to verify your identity and will then cancel your card. Card re-issuance will be handled by First State Bank and Trust. Remember–you can always turn your card off through digital banking if you are unable to report the missing card immediately.

Activate A Card:

• Simply call the phone number listed on the mailer that came with your card, or
• Call any of our convenient locations to activate your card.

Change Your PIN:

• You can change your PIN by stopping at any of our convenient locations, or
• Call any branch to request a replacement PIN be mailed to you.

Need a Replacement Card:

• Stop by any of the following convenient branch locations for an Instant Issue Debit Card Replacement–Monticello, Champaign, Tuscola, Bloomington and Heyworth, or
• Call any branch to request a replacement card be mailed to you.
