First State Bank offers you FIRSTVoice Phone Response Line to check on your accounts anytime day or night, 7 days a week, 24-hours a day. Customers at First State Bank can obtain current information about their Checking, Savings, IRA, Certificates of Deposit, and Loans.
For First State Bank customers, our easy-to-use phone "menu" will guide you through! Simply have your Account Number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready when you call the toll free number at 1 (800) 583-0076.
- In order to protect the confidential information contained in your records on the FIRSTVoice system, a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) is necessary to access your information. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives to obtain your PIN. You may change your PIN at any time by selecting Option 4 on the FIRSTVoice banking menu, or in person during our lobby hours.
- Should you wish to utilize the option for Transfer of Funds from one account to another, it will be necessary for you to contact us at (217) 762-9431 . We are required to make certain on-line adjustments in order to activate this transfer option, after which you will be able to transfer funds as often as you like without contacting the bank again.
- When obtaining Mortgage or Installment Loan information, please be prepared with the last 8 digits (your borrower number) and the first 5 digits (your loan note number). A total of 13 digits is required.
- When obtaining Revolving Credit Loan (overdraft protection) information, please have your borrower (checking account) number ready.

Report a Lost or Stolen First State Bank Card
During regular banking hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., please contact our customer service department at any of our locations.
During non-banking hours, please call our debit card processor at 1-800-264-4274. Our processor is CSI (Computer Services, Inc). A CSI staff member will ask you questions to verify your identity and will then cancel your card. Card re-issuance will be handled by us.
During banking and non-banking hours, please call our credit card processor at 1-800-221-5920. Our processor is FIS. Their customer service department will handle the card cancellation and re-issuance.
